UTM Financial automatically collects and/or tracks the following information:
Submitting information is voluntary. However, to receive information on a loan-related product from a Loan Provider, you must submit the required information.
We use collected information to enhance your experience, offer relevant content, improve our Website, conduct statistical analysis, and for marketing and promotional purposes. Information may be added to our databases and used for future communications regarding products and services.
By using this Website, you agree that you may be contacted even if your number is on a do-not-call registry. If you choose to provide personal information, it may be shared with trusted third parties and financial service providers for the purpose of funding your loan request.
By submitting an application for credit, you authorize us to use your information to obtain additional information from third parties as needed to evaluate your application. Third parties include consumer reporting agencies, credit bureaus, and other outside parties as permitted by applicable laws.
All lenders we work with can offer free rate quotes with no impact to your credit. Some Loan Providers issue pre-approvals without any credit check; others use a soft credit check (no impact to FICO score). Once pre-approved, some lenders may perform a hard credit inquiry to finalize financing, and will ask your permission before doing so.
UTM Financial reserves the right to release user information: (1) when the Website is believed to be used in violation of Terms and Conditions or to commit unlawful acts; (2) as required by law or legal process; or (3) in connection with a business transfer.

This analytics does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not share data with third parties. It keeps a random visitor identifier in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time through your browser settings.
By submitting your information via this Website, you agree to receive notifications, disclosures, and documents electronically. You may withdraw consent by exiting the application website prior to submission, but cannot withdraw consent after submission.
You may opt-out of receiving communications from us by not submitting your information. To opt-out of e-mail communications, send your request to: arin@myunitedtrust.com
